As we operate a walk-in clinic, many of our patients are self-referred.  We do take referrals from GPs and these patients will be fast-tracked.  If you would like to refer a patient to us, please telephone Barts on 020 7601 8090 or the Ambrose King Centre at The Royal London on 020 7377 7306, or use the referral form attached below.
