Rheumatology at Barts and The London >> For patients
Barts and The London Rheumatology Centre is based at the following three hospitals:
To find these the hospitals – whether you are travelling by car or public transport - please click on the names of the hospitals above. (These links will take you to Barts and The London's main website, to a map of the local area or to Newham University Hospital's website).
We positively encourage our patients to invite friends and relatives to visit them in hospital. Visiting hours vary, but all wards are open to visitors between 4pm-8pm.
Overnight accommodation is available for the relatives of patients being admitted to hospital or for patients who attend the hospital for regular treatment. We can also provide facilities for patients who have to travel a long way to attend hospital for complex investigations or treatment, but who do not need to be readmitted to a ward. If you are attending hospital, please ask a member of staff for details.
If you have any concerns or questions during your stay, the doctors or nurses will be happy to help you. Even if they are busy, they will always try to make time to listen, make checks if they are needed and give you the information you need.
