Research Governance - Making sure you're compliant

All research carried out in the NHS needs to have research governance approval.  Going through this process protects not only the participants but the researchers as well. It helps us to make sure that you are adequately covered by our insurance and like any good insurance company, we need lots of information. We have tried to simplify and streamline the process as much as possible but there are fundamentals that are national requirements and we have to adhere to.
