Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers on-the-spot advice for patients, their families and friends.

They can also help to resolve problems you might experience at our hospitals and aid communication with hospital staff.

Location

The main PALS office is based in the main reception at The Royal London Hospital. There is also a PALS office in the main reception at Barts.

Opening times

The Royal London Hospital PALS office is open Monday to Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm. Barts PALS office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 10.30am-3pm. Both are wheelchair accessible.
