About the course

This interactive  course has two elements Management Training that is run over 3 days plus an option to complete Interview Skills Training on the 4^th day. Candidates may apply for the

1. 3 day management (Monday-Wednesday)           
2. 3 day management course and 1 day interview skills course (Monday-Thursday)          
3. 1 day interview skills course (Thursday only)                                           

Who is the course for?

The course is designed for SpR / ST3 and above who are seeking to improve their management skills. The Interview Skills day is intended for those applying for Consultant Posts

Programme / content

The experienced Course team will cover a range of management skills including business planning, leadership and payment by results.

The Interviewing skills course helps to prepare delegates for the  role of consultant. Candidates are given the option to be videoed during the session.

Course Facilitator

Dr Keith Holdaway, course facilitator is supported by an experience team of senior personnel from wihtin the Trust

1. 3 day management (Mon/Tues/Wednesday)  £450.00
2. 3 day management course PLUS interview skills course Monday-Thursday) £500.00
3. 1 day interview skills course (Thursday only) £100.00 (Preparation for the consultant role)
