The way ahead - Trust objectives

Our strategic framework for delivering excellence in everything we do is set out in our Pathfinder clinical strategy, launched in 2004.

Delivering excellence – three-year plan sets our priorities

Barts and The London’s vision of delivering excellence in everything we do was laid out in the Pathfinder clinical strategy, launched in 2004. Building on these principles, the Trust’s three-year plan for 2007-10 incorporates detailed planning for 2007/08 and outline planning for the following two years. These objectives will be supplemented and taken forward through directorate-level objectives.
